The HANUTEC Peeling and Sorting Line is designed to automate the main stages of processing nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pecans, hazelnuts and other products, adapting the system configuration to the characteristics of each fruit.
The process begins with a regulated feed to the peeling system, where conical peelers with adjustable opening allow the work to be adjusted according to the size and characteristics of the product.
After peeling, a vibrating screen separates the fruit by size using interchangeable sieves. Each fraction is then directed to air columns that separate the peel from the fruit using an adjustable airflow.
The line can incorporate a second peeling stage to recover product that was not properly opened on the first pass, improving the overall utilization of the process.
Finally, the product can continue to optical sorting systems, manual inspection and packaging, forming a comprehensive solution from the reception of the fruit with shell to obtaining a clean and sorted product.
Its modular design allows the line to be configured and adapted according to the type of fruit, required capacity and particular needs of each processing plant.
Operation: requires only 1 operator for the operation of the line.
